Terms of Service 1. Non-Transferable Licenses Keys are bound to a single Discord account and cannot be transferred or reassigned under any circumstances, including account bans or deactivations. 2. No Refund Policy All purchases are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will be granted for any reason. 3. Strict No-Sharing Policy Sharing, distributing, or leaking your product in any form will result in immediate blacklisting and permanent loss of access. 4. Security Monitoring For security and anti-abuse purposes, we collect and monitor your Executor Identifier ID and Hardware ID (HWID). 5. No Modification or Tampering Any attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the product is strictly prohibited and will lead to instant blacklisting. 6. Revocable Access Whitelist access and product usage rights may be revoked at any time, without notice, and for any reason deemed necessary by the team. 7. Shared Responsibility Agreement If you use this product on another person's account, both you and the account owner must agree to these terms. Violations will result in blacklisting for all involved parties. 8. Terms Updates These terms may be updated or modified at any time. Continued use of the product signifies your acceptance of any changes. 9. No Exploiting Loopholes You agree not to seek out or exploit any loopholes, gray areas, or technicalities within these terms. Attempting to do so will lead to penalties, including blacklisting. 10. Opt-Out Option If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the product and discontinue access. 11. Implicit Consent By purchasing, using, or supporting this product in any way, you acknowledge and agree to all of these terms.
